I HAVE GOOD NEWS THAT THERE IS AN ORDINANCE DRAFT THAT WILL GO BEFORE COMMISSIONS APPROVAL. IT WILL BALANCE OUT EVERYONE'S TERM TO BE A FULL TWO YEARS. AS LONG AS IT GETS APPROVED AT THE UPCOMING COMMISSION MEETINGS THEN YOU GUYS DO NOT NEED TO APPLY AND WILL SERVE FOR 2022 AS WE MOVE FORWARD.
T WILL CONTINUE TO STAY AS IS. ANOTHER POINT OF INFORMATION IS THAT WE DID RECEIVE OUR 47 CDGB GRAMS OF 40,000 -- GRANT OF $40,000.
WE DO NOT EXPECT ANY ISSUES OR PROBLEMS, JUST TO NOTE IT IS A $1153 INCREASE FROM LAST YEAR SO WE ARE GETTING OUR GRANT AGAIN TO DO THE SENIOR PROGRAMS. THAT IS GOOD NEWS. OUR PACKET REFUGE. ONE OF THE PROJECTS WE TALKED ABOUT IS THAT URBAN LANDSCAPE AREA THAT WE WOULD SERVE AS A REFUGE FOR NEED OF WILDLIFE.
AN AREA FOR RESIDENTS TO BE ABLE TO CONNECT OUR NATURAL ENVIRONMENT.
WE'RE TALKING ABOUT INSTALLING IN FRONT OF LIBERTY PARKED THERE.

DAY. ON OCTOBER 17 WE HAD THE PARKLAND RACE AND THE THEN WE HAD OUR PUMPKIN PATCH ROUGHLY A THOUSAND PEOPLE FOR THE WEEKEND AND WE CAN IT'S ABOUT 200 PEOPLE. HALLOWEEN FESTIVAL JUST PAST. IT WAS LAST FRIDAY, OCTOBER 29.FOR THAT WE HAD ROUGHLY 4000 PEOPLE. FOR SOME OF THE UPCOMING EVENTS GOING ON, THIS WEEKEND WE HAVE THE FARMERS MARKET THE EQUESTRIAN CENTER NOVEMBER 7.
ALSO ON THE 21ST AS WELL. THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 11 THE VETERAN'S DAY CEREMONY.
AT VETERANS PARK, FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 19 WE HAVE THE HAYRIDE AND BONFIRE AT THE EQUESTRIAN CENTER. AND THEN SUNDAY DECEMBER 5 AND DECEMBER 19 ALSO HAVE THE FARMERS MARKET AT THE EQUESTRIAN CENTER AGAIN. NOVEMBER 10 -- THEN AT THE END OF DECEMBER ON THE 16TH WILL HAVE SNOW FEST. SOME SPECIAL EVENT PERMITS WE HAD SOOTHED THROUGH SEPTEMBER AND OCTOBER WE HAD OUR HOMECOMING PARADE, GIRL SCOUTS RALLY, A FARMERS MARKET, RANGER FOOTBALL HOMECOMING, PARKLAND -- SHOWS, WE HAD TWO.
AND A CARNIVAL. FOR SOME COMING UP, WE HAVE OUR PARKLAND LIVE FOOTBALL PICNIC, WE HAVE SOLDIER RUSH, PARKLAND HORSEMEN DISSOCIATION SHOWS AS WELL.
THERE IS A WALKOFF FOR CANCER THE THANKSGIVING PIE DAY, ZIMMERMAN AND -- LIGHT OF THE NIGHT. MAKE OUR SCHOOLS SAFE, WE HAVE ROCKED SHABBAT LIGHT UP PARKLAND WE HAVE PICKLE BALL INVITATIONAL AND THEN HEART AND SOUL WE HAVE DIFFERENT UPCOMING

THE CLASSES AND PROGRAMS, CLASSES WE OFFER, SESSION 2 CLASSES STARTED MONDAY, OCTOBER 18. AND SUNDAY, DECEMBER 19. HE CAN REALLY TELL THE REGISTRATION AND GETTING BACK TO NORMAL. CHEERLEADERS 68, SOCCER 442, TRAVEL BASEBALL 429, TACKLE FOOTBALL 77 PARTICIPANTS.
FLAG FOOTBALL 937 AND RECREATION SOCCER WHICH JUST STARTED PRACTICING TWO SUNDAYS AGO IS 1400 PARTICIPANTS. TENNIS LEAGUES 14 LEAGUES OFFERED 136 PARTICIPANTS.
TENNIS LESSONS -- ATHLETIC UPDATES. WE COMPLETED A FIELD RENOVATION PROJECT AND REOPENED THE FIELD. WE INSTALLED THE NEW SIDEWALK AND FENCING THAT PROJECT IS PRETTY MUCH COMPLETED. WE CREATED A SIDEWALK FOR THE COMMUNITY BEING BUILT AND THEY WILL BE ABLE TO ACCESS THE FACILITY. WE AMENDED THE SPORTS POLICY AND SENT IT OUT TO THE LEAGUES. -- MADE IT TO THE CHAMPIONSHIP AND WILL BE COMPETING AT THE WORLD SERIES GOING ON RIGHT NOW. WE PLAYED -- WILL HELP WITH MAINTENANCE. AND THE MEN'S TENNIS WON STATE CHAMPIONSHIPS IN ADVANCE OF THE NATIONALS FOR ARIZONA WHERE THEY PLACED EIGHTH IN THE COUNTRY.

LITTLE LEAGUE HAS A NEW PRESIDENT. AND THAT IS IT! ANY QUESTIONS? I HAVE BEEN, SINCE ALL THE INFORMATION OUT FOR THE POLICY AND HAVE NOT HEARD MUCH. THEY JUST WANT EXPLANATIONS ON IT.THEY'RE ALL GETTING READY, LITTLE LEAGUE IS GETTING READY FOR THE REGISTRATION STARTING TODAY ACTUALLY AND THEIR IMPLEMENTING. THE SCHOOL HAD AN EVENT. OBVIOUSLY, WITH THE EVENTS GOING ON AT OUR PARK, IT CAUSED SOME TRAFFIC ISSUES. WE TRIED TO SEND SOME EMAIL TO LET THEM KNOW BUT IT WAS TOUGH.

THE BASEBALL SOFTBALL FIELD RECONFIGURATION, THIS PROJECT HAS BEGUN AS YOU GUYS KNOW IF YOU GO OUT THERE THAT YOU CAN SEE WHAT'S GOING ON, THE FIELDS ARE STARTING TO TAKE SOME FORM HE COULD KINDA SEE IT WITH HIS GOAL AND ELECTRICAL WORK HAS ALL BEEN COMPLETED.
FENCEPOST SEVENS LIVER, IRRIGATION IS BEING FINALIZED. IT IS MOVING ALONG AND STILL SCHEDULED TO BE COMPLETED IN JANUARY 2022. COVER BRIDGE PARK.
A LOT OF CONSTRUCTION GOING ON BUT STILL SCHEDULE TO BE COMPLETED BY 2022 THEY'RE BEGINNING TO WORK ON THE BERM AND DO LANDSCAPING AND ALL OF THAT'S BEEN SECURED.
