AS CAITLIN SAID, WE'VE ALL COME TO AN AGREEMENT THAT THE CORRECT DESIGNATION FOR THIS PROPERTY SHOULD BE BROWARD COUNTY L3. IF YOU ARE WONDERING WHY THIS COUNTY HAS -- PROPERTY HAS A COUNTY LAND USE DESIGNATION THIS WAS PREVIOUSLY UNINCORPORATED BROWARD COUNTY. THIS PROCESS WAS IS STARTED IN 2005 BUT THEN IN 2006 THIS PROPERTY WAS ANNEXED INTO THE CITY OF PARKLAND AND SINCE THAT TIME THERE HAS BEEN A PLAN TO EDIT TO THE CITIES MAPS. BECAUSE THIS IS -- NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE STILL HAS THE BROWARD COUNTY DESIGNATION. I KNOW WE TALKED ABOUT THIS AT THE LAST MEETING BUT SO YOU HAVE THIS INFORMATION, YOU WILL SEE HILLSBORO BOULEVARD RIGHT HERE TYPICALLY THIS ROAD IS ON THE

BROWARD COUNTY TRAFFIC WAYS MAP. TYPICALLY IT WOULD BE DEDICATED AT THE TIME OF PLANTING. THE PROPERTY OWNER HAS AGREED AND COMMITTED TO DEDICATING IT IN ADVANCE OF PLANNING AND THEY ARE DOING IT BY DEED. THAT PACKAGE IS ALREADY BEEN SUBMITTED TO THE COUNTY AND IS UNDER REVIEW'S BUT WHEN THIS PROPERTY, WHATEVER IT IS DEVELOPED

THIS STARTED WITH THE CITY IN FEBRUARY OF 2005 AND CULMINATED WHEN IT BECAME EFFECTIVE IN DECEMBER OF 2006 AND WE WERE ABLE TO FIND AN APRIL 2006 BROWARD MUNICIPAL SERVICE DISTRICTS FUTURE LAND USE MAP SO THAT IS THE UNINCORPORATED MAPS ARE RIGHT BEFORE THIS PROPERTY WAS ANNEXED INTO THE CITY IT WAS IN UNINCORPORATED BROWARD WITH THE L3 DESIGNATION AT THAT TIME SO JUST FOR -- YOU CAN SEE THIS IS THE 1977 MAP SHOWING THE SUBJECT PROPERTY WAS L3 1989 WAS L3 IN THE 2006
